Remake for DC

So I've had multiple games where a player either quits or DCs due to computer issues early in the game. This causes the enemy team to snowball hard and usually win the game. Why hasn't Riot created a remake option for people who ragequit or have computer troubles. I don't think its fair for me to have to play 20 min of 4v5 and loose LP just because one of my teammates has quit.
