i have been playing alot of ARAM lately but games gets ruined cause of bad bots....... i wish there was some kind of autoban on this shet but idk? so to the question.... whats being done about it and how is it handled?
GG Beers3 votesI personally believe you end up playing bots when there aren't enough real players at that low of an Elo, I could be wrong but I doubt it. Bots are the lowest of the low Elo, I mean these bots don't even try to win games. You gotta ask yourself, if you're being matched with bots that aren't even trying to win maybe this game isn't for you.
Der Lindwurm1 votesThe only official statement I've heard is that they were aware of some abuse of the referral system, but that didn't directly say anything about all the IP farming going on. In fact, it didn't say anything about that at all. I guess they're aware that it's a problem but clearly don't consider it a crisis. They might not realize how pervasive it is since the bots only occur at low MMR. Most players aren't affected, but they are a plague on beginners. Getting your MMR up high enough that the bots don't infest your matches anymore is a sort of rite of passage.
