Miss Fortune - Gameplay update - ideas(from EUNE boards , my ideas)

Hello summoners. As you could see , Miss Fortune is receiving an visual update (and man , it's awesome) and a small gameplay tweak(hidden nerf , more exactly). She loses her grievous wounds , for a small damage buff to her "double up". We all know that Miss Fortune lacks identity , and has a very low mobility due to her useless passive , so i thought about a passive rework , and a kit tweak. So:

Passive

Every 30 seconds(or other timer) , Miss Fortune's next ability becomes empowered , gaining extra effects

Double Up

Miss Fortune fires a shot through an enemy to hit an enemy behind them, dealing physical damage to the first target and increased physical damage to the second, applying on-hit effects to both.(as live)

First Target Physical Damage: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+0.85 Attack Damage) (+0.35 Ability Power) Second Target Physical Damage: 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+1.0 Attack Damage) (+0.50 Ability Power)

Empowered : Miss Fortune fires a shot through an enemy to hit an enemy behind them. After first enemy hit , it explodes in a cone , dealing 50% more damage to all the units in the area.(Something like Graves's ultimate , but at a smaller scale)

First Target Physical Damage: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+0.85 Attack Damage) (+0.35 Ability Power) Second Target Physical Damage: 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+1.0 Attack Damage) (+0.50 Ability Power)

Impure Shots

PASSIVE: Miss Fortune's basic attacks deal 6% AD bonus magic damage, stacking cumulatively up to 5 times per target. ACTIVE: Miss Fortune gains 50/55/60/65/70 bonus attack speed and 30/35/40/45/50 movement speed for 6 seconds. Movement speed will decay after 3 seconds.

Empowered : Miss Fortune's basic attacks deal 6% AD bonus true damage, stacking cumulatively up to 5 times per target.

Make it Rain

ACTIVE: Miss Fortune rains hundreds of bullets down onto the target 400-unit diameter area, which begin landing after a 0.5-second delay. This area lasts for 3 seconds, Slow icon slowing and dealing magic damage every 0.25 seconds to enemies within.

Total Magic Damage: 90 / 145 / 200 / 255 / 310 (+0.8 Ability Power) Slow: 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65%

Empowered : Enemies caught in the area , at the end of the spell , wil be rooted for 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds.

Bullet Time

ACTIVE: Miss Fortune channels for 2 seconds, spraying up to 8 waves of bullets in a cone in front of her. A wave is fired every 0.25 seconds, dealing physical damage and applying Impure Shots' passive magic damage and stack to all enemies within the area.

Physical Damage Per Wave: 50 / 75 / 125 (+0.2 Ability Power)(+0.1 Attack Damage) Maximum Physical Damage: 400 / 600 / 1000 (+1.6 Ability Power)(+0.8 Attack Damage) New Stack Limit: 6 / 7 / 8

Empowered : Miss Fortune becomes immune to any source of disrupt during her channel (moving still cancels her ultimate).

Soooo , with these changes , i think Miss Fortune will return to the place she deserves , because right now , she is in a pretty bad place , and , with the removal of grievous wounds , she will be worse. She will become strong , not OP , just strong (she still lacks mobility , untill her W is up , and has no escape , untill her passive/w is up)

What do you think ? Any suggestions ? Thx for watching !!

Sorry, but as a Miss Fortune main I don't think I can support really anything you said.

Buffs: Passive: Now can block the passive from turning off with shields, scales higher into late game, does not break by DoTs Q: Can deal 150% damage if the Double Up executes a unit W: Reactivates strut, cooldown significantly lowered E: Does more damage, significantly higher slow R: Does more damage according to how many stacks of Impure Shots you already have on them

Nerfs: W: Grevious Wounds removed

Miss Fortune isn't really that bad and won't be bad after the patch. People claim she lacks identity, but I see no issue? She's a really dominant early - mid game champion that can be difficult to deal with, and while she has a noticeable fall off late game, she is an ADC and like all ADCs will do insane damage late game. She can duel and teamfight extremely well, she has a low skill floor but a very high skill cap, and overall is a really healthy, well rounded ADC.

Miss Fortune's current issues are that she lacks mobility, due to her Q and E cast times and her Ultimate forcing her to stand still. However, imagine how cancerous she would be if she could cast all of her spells while moving without her passive popping. You wouldn't be able to chase her, you wouldn't be able to run away from her, you would auto-lose all teamfights against her.

I would also like to point out that statistically in all websites, she is an above average ADC with a fair popularity. She's maintained a constant winrate through all patches, around a 51.70% winrate, and also has one of the highest pentakill averages in the game.

I don't think she's in a bad state, and really needs many buffs. Her Grevious Wounds very rarely actually gave her any power from a person who's probably played her for hundreds of games, and she's in a great state currently. Now, before you bring my elo into this like a lot of people on the Board would, I'm a casual Silver 5 scrub who doesn't play Ranked, however I've played Miss Fortune effectively and got fed against Gold, Platinum, and Diamond players with AD builds in bot lane or mid lane against some of the "top tier" and "pick-or-ban" champions currently. Actually, some of them were pretty salty about it too and said stuff like "you just suck your team is carrying u".

Anyways, Miss Fortune doesn't really need these buffs that you listed as ideas that would easily make her more broken than Kalista already is and would probably destroy her identity as nothing but a monsterous, unkiteable, ADC that would quite easily outscale everyone.
