turn off game start tips?

So when I say game start tips I mean the giant ones that usually aren't actually tips but kinda useless tidbits like "jax likes eggs" they are way too big and last until the 1 minute mark which in a mode like aram is usually during the first engagement. It takes up a decent portion of the screen for me and is really annoying for me at least. I haven't been able to find any options to turn them off or make them go away faster so it's almost a game start tilter for me lol
