Leaver fix

ok leavers have to be the most frustrating thing in the game right? It can mean an automatic win/lose for a team. Here is what I suggest.. Make an option for people to join games already in progress with a leaver. The player will play the champion the leaver chose. Plus they will get the average amount of experience, and gold that team has acquired up to that point. This way the new player will not be underfed and it gives the team a chance to make a comeback. Plus this would be great for those players who maybe do not have the time to play a full game.

I'm not going to spend time doing a Search on the literally hundreds of threads about both of these subjects as neither the op nor first responder bothered to do so... I will instead say this: All your suggestions aren't original, all of them have counter arguments, the system is in place because it's a good medium.
