Viktors Early-Mid Game and especially Laning Phase are extremly weak

Viktors Damage is perfectly fine, the problem I have is the lack of defense he has at laning phase and , no matter how much I side step skill shots and other abilities, I can't seem to get out of the situation with ganks and being grouped on, especially with Barrier. He also lacks mana so easily early to fight back

My suggestion is uping his mana per level on the hexcore, and having him to be able to get a 1 second reduction on gravity field each time he does a discharge

Do you think he needs buffs?

Lack of defense? Most mages don't have a shield built into their kit.

I think Viktor needs either damage buffs or his cores need to become cheaper again for him to become viable again. Riot nerfed both of these aspects of Viktor and I feel like he needs one or the other back.

Well after playing Enough games on him, I can say that his damage is fine, but I think lowering the cost of the hexcore could help, especially his 2nd shock augment on his E is easily countered
