The new round XP circle needs XP to next level information

So at the moment the information available on the XP bar (circle) is Level, when you're not hovering, and "XP" when you hover. But XP remaining to next level is not available, and it's information that used to be available.

So my proposed fix would be to hover inside for XP gained, on the edge for XP needed, and no hover for lvl.
