We need to nerf Veigar.

Veigar is way too broken at the moment don't you guys agree? We need him nerfed. I just played with one and he had only 3 items but got almost 900 AP. And he had only 135 farm and he was killing everyone no problem. He lost lane and yet he still scaled towards an OP level. My suggestion is to set a cap to his AP scaling to only 125. that way, he wont scale out of control. as of now, he is the most broken champ that I know. just like before, he is still broken. So TL;DR, Nerf Veigar. his AP scaling is too much and me, as well as other players im sure would like it if you set a cap to his scaling to a point where he doesn't go out of control.
