Hextech Crafting S- S S+ Loot

I did not get loot for a recent S- game on Corki. My summoner profile also says that I have all 4 chests available as well as the one for Corki not being redeemed yet. Is this a bug or the system being slow? I would like to receive whatever loot I am supposed to get at some point in time. Thank you, Riot Games.
