Allowing English on Latin American North

Can you all please allow English to be an option for Latin American North, currently it is only espanol... It's bad enough I have been chased off North American servers because of never-ending in game lag. I think 95% of my games are laggy, the 5% that aren't are fun but the other 95% suck. Constant dcs, packet loss, delayed spells. I talked to other people in my area and they said they went to Latin American North and all those problems went away and the average ms was 40 instead of 100 because Latin American servers are centered in Florida rather than San Diego. Please, allow English... Or get East Coast servers. Great game just the laggiest game I have ever experienced.

Makes it a little more fair and balanced to be able to play against people that have the same ping as you.

I think we should take it a step further, allow you to choose your language no matter the server.

Also, why is the LA server in Florida? That seems counter-intuitive. Let's hope Phase 3 works some magic with that EC server.

I want to be able to play french without switching to the EUW server... Not because I know french but it sounds so much cooler.

Its really easy to change the language. There are many places that can show you.
