A slight mana cost decrease on Yi's Q

It has a 110 mana cast at max rank which is more than his ultimate. i was wondering if this was done on purpose or overlooked. Either way i think a slight tuning to a cost of 60/70/80/90/100 would really help his mana cost concerns from a 70/80/90/100/110 cost... just my opinion.

Ye only has 1 spammable ability. It's fine. Never had mana troubles with Yi.
