@Riot, Urgot needs a remake.

These so called minor buffs are of no use. They will be reverted within a few months and other better adc'sVayne Lucian (all of them but urgot) will get major buffing instead. I've played for too long(since 2010)Zilean and I notice this is a pattern. So sick of this biasedVayne patching crap. If you're going to buff urgot, give him his ult range back, his damage on his q, and remake his model, looks terrible currently. Nobody, and literally nobody at all ever plays urgot, and if he is picked in a queue, I'll leave and find another team because I never seem to get a good urgot player on my team. inB4 you lost to a good urgot, your mad, you suck etc. IDGAFVolibear . I haven't played with an urgot in my game for probably 3 months. Urgot item 3070 I miss the guy, I want to play him, but I don't want to lose just because he's outclassed by everyone and anything.

He's getting one. It was even noticed with the recent minor changes that they are just a band-aid until he gets his full rework. He just happens to be less done than Sion, who is the full rework "before" him.

Urgot is better off as a slightly tanky top lane instead of an actual ADC. I will agree his is horrid as an ADC but fairs a bit better if played a bit more like a ranged fighter with tanky items along with some lifesteal.. He has 35% armor shred in his kit which is pretty nice against tanks.

I miss the guy, I want to play him, but I don't want to lose just because he's outclassed by everyone and anything.

Then play him in Dominion.

He's one of the best possible solo lane champions you could ask for there (possibly the best). You will wreck things, and nobody will give you grief. Dominion gives Urgot everything he ever wanted - a lanning phase that lasts the whole game, end-game scaling not being a factor, and global mana regeneration.

Also, dominion balance isn't Rift balance. There's no getting around the fact there's a valley between optimal and sub-optimal picks, where you can mostly force anyone to work in Rift.

Beyond that - Riot doesn't tend to leave champions as weak because they're incapable of giving them a 10%~20% buff. They leave weak champions as weak champions because they're awkward, confusing, lack meaningful interactions, have limited counterplay, lack clarity, and/or are generally unfun to play with and against. Urgot hits a lot of those marks. He's not clear in his role or play style at all. Does he poke? Does he tank? Is he good short range? Long range? Not even Urgot players really know. Some people consider him a weak marksman, some a fighter with range, some an anti-carry, some garbage. This leads to awkward interactions with Urgot and awkward counter-play openings as well.
