Elise In Season 6
In previous season, Elise has been weak enough that she isn't worth it to play. This season, however, she's slightly stronger.
What is the most effective way to be using Elise? (Build, frequency of ganks, etc.)

Frequency of ganks: Depends on your team, and if they like to push or not :p
That's how I play elise atleast, figure out what you want...
You can pretty much look up any challenger jungler main because they all spammed Elise to challenger.
