URF/enter random gamemode here on private match

So is there anything that riot is against with having URF or any other random game mode they have released in the past available to play in private games? I feel like this could make the community happy to have URF or Hexakill back or anything like that have it in the normal game play rotation as riot sees fit.

They said it'll make people play Norms less often, which is why they make everything non-Norms even more boring

Yeah I got that much too from the ask riot post but would private matches do the same thing to the game? I feel like it could improve the log time if they made it a permanent option in private matches kinda like a halo custom game or custom game modes in GTA5.
