AFK's (POLL) Vote!!!

I would like there to be another way of disciplining those AFK's, like decreasing their level if they are consistently trolling or AFK just because they don't get their way, or are mad because their team is loosing. It would be nice to see their rune pages and masteries be limited for constant AFK's. I understand that there are many things that could come into play that would cause someone to go AFK. Serious issues I get, but sometime we don't know when those are. What we do know is the ones that are not afraid to tell everyone that they are going to go AFK because of something that they didn't like or got upset over. It's unfair to their own teammates and opposing team. The tribunal can only do so much with reporting AFK's, and it doesn't even mean that they will really be punished. If there is nothing that can be done in decreasing their level, then at least come up with a pre-game notification that every other player can see when they are in a game lobby that signifies if a person is being a constant AFK. Then the team that has that person as a teammate all can vote to kick them from the lobby. If people see how many times a person has went AFK where is more than a few, could be a big sign that the person is not mature enough to play the game. I think that people who actually play to have a good experience and still try to do their best even if their team is loosing will always look forward to come back and play even that much more because they know that they have that option to kick a consistent AFK person.
