Going from gold 2 19lp to gold 4 46lp

Why am I loosing so many fking games, I am trying my best to carry every game and yet one lane maneges to fk up so badly that their enemy laner carry...

Tried normals and they seem much more easier, team mates are balanced and no one feeds.

I am really tired, was going for plat but it seems it wont happen.

Is there no other way to hope that you win a game? even with f.eksample a 0/15/3 ww on your team? I have been trying different lanes too, i cant stand playing as supp with a adc that just jumps in lvl 2 and die.

Just a theori/thought about mmr, how about reseting it for the players with 150- mmr every 2-4 week.

I had 1600mmr few days ago, now I have something around 1400...
