Why nerf him? His win rate is now below 50% and not to mention upping the price on Zhonyas feels insane. I've had so many games where after buying RoA, even if I'm doing great and my team is doing bad, I still can't carry because the price was increased and I can't do much damage and sustain. It's incredibly stupid that you nerf his W. Also why no swain skins? Because who cares about a champ that is barely meta, not to mention a skin they haven't came out with since 2012. Overall, swain is a fun champ to play, but only when Riot cares about him.
