Could i get banned if i test champions from the champion rotation and somehow feed with them example if i play 5 games with talon and i have 5/15/5

I feel like you're asking two different things.

Could you get banned for intentionally feeding? Yes, in anything (though the odds of you getting caught for it in Bots are very low).

Could you get banned for trying a new champion and playing badly with it? Certainly not. Shit happens. Good thing you're testing in norms, not ranked.

Yeah... Uhhh I don't think you can be banned for intentional feed.

It is pretty difficult to track and while technically you CAN be banned for it, as long as you don't go 0/28 for nearly 5 games in a row, it'd be difficult to track.

I promise, you will not get in trouble for intentional feed if you play badly while testing a new champion.

Yeah, in fact almost everytime you see someone posting about being banned for feeding. its from a normal/blind game. Its extremely unlikely to happen though.
