Ranked system Bull S**T

Riot,

 Please tell me how your system is balanced? I just went from 99 LP to being demoted. how in the world is your system balanced if i keep getting teams that feed on purpose or troll over and over? How can i get an S grade yet lose 20 LP? How can I win a 4v5 game against better ranked and skilled players and only gain 14 LP? 

 After beginning ranked play i noticed that you indeed are a spiteful company that like to watch the world burn. players that play well do not get rewarded but scorned making them not want to play your game anymore due to the lack of balance. I fully understand that this is a TEAM game, however it is called SOLO/DUO Que for a reason. If i'm forced to play on my own or with only one other partner then why do put so much pressure on my LP based on others? Maybe its better at higher tiers where the players are all more skilled, i don't know this because i'll never get there with the current system. for example me and my friends play all the time. i am the best play in our group by far. in my first 10 ranked games i went 5-5 due to d/c's and troll feeders not getting their lane and throwing the game and was ranked bronze 4. then mt friends play ranked get 2 wins and play poorly with no feeders and dc's and they get bronze 2 and 3. yes this is not a huge difference but still it shows a huge flaw in your system.\

 So Riot. I would love to hear a legit reasoning to why this is? how is a player supposed to get out of ELO hello when you screw them without even buying them dinner first?
