Sooo matchmaking?

What happened to it im a lvl 30 with 1.1k wins and i just got matched with 3 lvl 25's... with only around 50 wins. uhhhhh did matchmaking get changed or what ayyylmao. Oh and there was a plat 1 on their team as well. Also i had a jinx who in a 30 min game only had 7k farm with only 100 cs... a IE and building a banishes veil went 1/13 and was a lvl 28.... Im not even ranked and the person i duoed for reg with is a unranked lvl 30 with around 300 wins.
