So when is Azir gonna get buffed?

Patch 6.13: Azir was prolly the best midlaner in competitive at that point and had a 46% winrate in Soloq but it was alot higher for Azir mains and he dominated high ranked games. So nerfs were justified but look what they did to him lmfao:

Patch 6.14: 40.83% winrate

Patch 6.15: 41.00% winrate

Patch 6.16: 42.41% winrate

Patch 6.17: 41.66% winrate

His pickrate fell down to 2%, he is by far the worst midlaner in the game for the 4th patch in a row now and we are forced to dodge games where our teammates still pick him. When he is gonna get buffed?
