yes, rammus got shafted with this patch, the reflected damage on thornmail is garbage

Grievous Wound is infinitely valuable when your opponent outheals your damage.

Also had the self-slow on his W halved, so that's pretty decent.

Are you fucking drunk! The HP and grevious wounds is the bomb. You wouldn't be able to burst down someone but, BUT! you can now hamper their damage and Lifesteal a lot.
