What Sejuani's rework should look like

I have read almost every post I can find on Reddit and here, and watched many YouTube videos and I think I see what people want. So here is a compilation of what I have seen and would like to see.

Passive: This is infuriating. Huge numbers---but the duration...1-3 seconds...I mean what is that. I absolutely LOVE the slow immunity. LOVE. It is great both thematically and also from a gameplay standpoint. Haven't heard enough love for this change. And I get the idea for the resistances here, but I would prefer probably a lower number that slowly decays over say 3-5 seconds. It feels hollow otherwise.

Q: Same ability as usual. Maybe a CD reduction if she collides with an enemy champion would be nice.

W: New W is actually pretty cool, even though it makes it seem like she is wielding a Whip instead of a Flail. That second hit should look more like her first hit on Live tbh. And I loved another idea here: Make it a two part cast. That way you can Auto W Auto W. Would be much much much more interesting. And great job letting her cast this on the move, another smart change.

E: Let her keep her old (Live) E. Ranged slow anyone affected by Permafrost. You can even take it off the damn Ult, or let E amplify the Ult's slow. And there is no reason this couldn't be the active, and have the passive stun be automatic like Braum's. Would make sense to take some of the stupidly-massive damage off of the shatter effect though. Everyone knows that will get nerfed very quickly, and then it is back to the dumpster. It's another hollow feeling for me anyway.

R: Ugh. I get it, 5-man stun is a no-go. Even though Sona and Annie can have it. Whatever. Keep the new Ult as is if you must, but I insist that the secondary effect still hit the initially stunned target. Sejuani shouldn't be punished for landing a good Ult, and it makes the ability unnecessarily complicated. OR if they are going to leave it as is then put Cassiopeia's GROUNDED effect on it. There are just way too many mobile champs for this to be very effective in its' current state.

The game is all about numbers. Take some of the damage away from her E shatter, and tone down some of the passive Armor/MR, and we are left with a champ that isn't very fun or effective. I'm afraid we are being tricked into liking this simply because the numbers are so artificially high. You wanted to spread the Power Budget away from her ultimate, but now it is almost all about her E, which is not going to be easy to use as it is (IE without a slow built-in to her kit).

Thoughts?

Only thing I have to add, is that Flails do function like Sej's W. You spin them to garner some centrifugal force, before bringing it down, for a crushing blow.

No, no, no to old E. it's the most boring, tacked on ability in the game. It's awful, in both feeling and playstyle.

The new one actually feels like you're doing something when you press the ability, and not just like a passive thing you just fire and forget. You choose the target so you need to weigh possibility; which target should I stun first, if more than one can be stunned? Should I use it now, or use Q first to close the distance for an easy shatter?

Old E is just use it whenever you can. Boring, unintuitive, and probably one of the worst designed abilities from a thematic and 'feel' standpoint. It doesn't feel impactful at all.

Your suggestion of the ultimate Grounding enemies in it's radius though is pretty cool.

here's my personelle rework

passive: defenses are kind of like the PBE version but it has to build up off of freezing enemies (also she gets slow resist to a very high cap). Now has a Frostbite passive, where when fully stacked you are slowed heavily and lose 10% of your armor and MR. Reapplying Frostbite for the next X seconds has diminishing effects on the slow and only reapplies the resist debuff (dimishing returns isn't reapplied)

Q: no longer an instant dash, works sort of like Hec Q with ramping MS but instant of a targeted gapcloser, it's a skillshot with a brief pause in movement before leaping. applies a stack of her passive, knocks up etc.

W: the spinning flail returns. It's more of a 'stance'-like thing now, and the real meat is in being able to recast it for skillshot slam attacks, with a brief CD between each slam, and the stance lasting like 5 or 6 seconds.

Do a 'charging' move that empowers your flail with an icy coating before beginning to spin it, entering a battle stance. Recast W for a skillshot slam. Hold W down for an empowered slam that discharges the gathered ice and hits a larger, circular radius ends the effect but stuns all enemies hit; deals bonus %max HP damage to enemies who were recently Frostbitten.

(Each slam has like a brief delay like juggernauts do, for counterplay.)

E: frost pig move, retains the power to slow from a distance like her current E does, but it's now a skillshot. shoots out ice breath that lingers in a large area for a while and slows by a meager amount. ice breath has a long-ish range but can be body blocked to prevent it from spreading far. (if it hits a champion it spreads to a few Teemos behind them so that they can't walk out immediately; has a minimum range as well). Sejuani self-slows while using this move.

R: like the PBE ult, but has a brief windup to it now. Slow field is made much bigger, applies full stacks of Frostbite to the primary target and Grounds enemies standing in the slow field.

little rough but I think this would make her extremely good and fun to play and properly fit her frost tank trope
