Remove shutdowns,plates and reduce kill gold .

There is far too much gold in the game early now and shutdowns make it worse you get a lead then get killed someone else gets an even bigger lead and so on would be much better if kills were just worth less to start with and not having shutdowns would make people feel like wow i got a 50 cs lead in 10 minutes i got a good lead i earned instead of shit i am worth 600 gold for csing well died once and now i am roughly even vs a champ who outscales me .
