add a feature that lets you turn chat off.

after playing this game and playing blizzard's heroes of the storm I noticed they have a feature where you can turn your own chat off. I believe that this type of feature would improve the community greatly in league. I personally have a problem flaming people when i get angry in game. If I could turn my chat off, thereby taking away the option to insult a teammate then I would not receive reports and my account that I have put money into would not become jeopardized. and from the perspective of the other players on my team they will have a more pleasant experience. This feature would help stop flaming and make it so everyone is happy, I believe it would also reduce the number of banned accounts, which is more fair to people who have spent hundreds of dollars on the game but have anger issues. please consider adding a feature to turn the game chat off entirely.
