Why do people say Fizz is broken?

E. E. E. E. E. E FUCKING E. His damage is ridiculous. He can safely dive because of his dumb E (Let me remind you that if you build full CDR, which you will, it's at a 4 SECOND COOLDOWN. F-O-U-R S-E-C-O-N-D-S. His ult gives him a DFG (not like Riot removed that item for being broken). His mobility is truly disgusting, great in both defensive and offensive situations (In contrast to another hated champ, Yasuo, his mobility is almost always offensive). Did I mention his stupid E?

It doesn't help that he's becoming the new Ekko in the fact that he can build tanky and still deal more damage than the rest of his team while being able to live through a 5-v-1.

Normaly I don't care about who's OP or not, but I did get an S rank in ascension and a hextech chest because of it. And I'm not even level 3 as him.
