The ongoing Bronze Struggle

I knot it's not impossible to climb out of the Elo hell known as bronze, however as of late i'm starting to feel that it becomes more and more true, I watch a decent amount of videos on better game behavior such as, staying positive,not harassing your team,etc. It seems as though people in this elo get worse and worse, when it comes to the afk/troll/feeders who truly don't understand the games core concepts, or just want to ruin the game experience for others. I will do decent and win a few games, then get paired with the worst of the worst, (yes i acknowledge there is always something i can improve on) however some turds just cant be polished and not all games are carriable. I have ever had people that are more then proficient watch me play, and with little to no error i am still losing games. i used to love this game, but recently I have kinda lost hope that climbing out of bronze just wont happen. any suggestions? This is my first post on the boards so please any advice is welcome.
