I have the best idea to decrease players afk, people lagging in game and increase happiness

How about Riot just add the ping and fps to the home screen. Then people will know before they even play if they will lag. Most players don't feel like trying out a custom to check their connection at any given moment. It would be simple yet would eliminate a whole lot of the problems that people deal with when it comes to teammates or even themselves lagging in game and not knowing it would happen before the game. Tell me your thoughts on the matter.
