So yeah ive heard that a new rune system coming up with all rune pages and stuff free to build for everyone in upocoming session. AND also Ive heard that for those who spent alot for making their runes and spending IP's to it wil be given back. Is it truth? And will it be the same If i bought rune pages with Rp? will they be given back to me as well so i can get some cool skins?
