help me

iv played for like 4 -5 weeks now and i thourt i was just bad but my friend has just told me that since levle 23 iv been playing with gold to plats accounts and their for can not do anthing in game my team mates get mad at me they expect me to know what i am doing iv now tryed to search it on google how to stop this but it looks like i have to get better some how..... how am i soposed to do this exactly playing bot dont help so its normal mode wich i am just getting rekt from plats and im not even learning anything from it besides how to occupy my self while dead or sitting on my tower hoping my team help me if they even comunicat wich is unlikly it seems to me that riot and the players of this game do not like new players at all wich is a shame i rly like it over all the games iv played ...
