So here's the thing, I queue ranked for mid/top and get top first time.. Its fine. someone dodged. Queue again, top lane once more.. I play. I queue again for mid and top and once again I get top... Why?? Why cant i wait 5 mins and get mid rather than wait 2 mins and get top??

Wrong. I also will rather wait a lot more time to get a role I enjoy than get some dodgy role im trash at and just auto-feed.
