So, riot needs to fix this, i see it in top lane, in bot lane, sometimes even in mid where players get a camp @ lvl 1, tp back to lane with lvl 2 and they've won the lane already..
Fix is: People without smite cannot last hit a minion camp until 2.30..
Thoughts or other ideas to fix it?
3tyson3 votesGets worse when i donate my first red to my adc and he starts lvl 2+ red its called tactics and we shouldnt change the game cause theres more ways to play it not every champ can do it ? Than ask for a leash or pick a diff champ,

Giving away a camp is going to set you behind. I mean, yay, your adc has a level advantage that could have been gained anyway by pushing the first wave and last-hitting (the race to level 2, as I like to call it), but it's going to set the jungler behind a bit.
Besides, red isn't really great on the adc early. Much better after the laning phase for teamfights.

Because im nidalee and dont need red for my clear where an adc making good use of it won lane because of this allot times if it works out for him il let him have al my reds the entire game
the gold and xp isnt that much of a problem really

not every champion or player wants TP
Like I'm not saying it necessarily needs to go, but it can be very unbalancing

Mirage Seraph1 votesUnable to even kill the minions? That seems incredibly flawed. If it's to be "fixed", which I argue it doesn't need to be, then just reduce the XP/Gold income early on for those without smite.

Its just that there is that window at the start thats causing people to take camps in top and bottom lane, i know its some champions, but why should i ban those who can, or play against those who can when i could have a fair matchup against that champ if they didnt take it? It just leaves an unfair advantage
