Ok, so I've been playing ar urf lately, I can't be the only one who thinks evelynn is really op. All she has to do is spam her q for massive damage and it takes literally no skill at all. I think riot should take action against this.

Luckily she is weak in ARAM so you don't see her in the ARAM only accounts, thus she is rare. Otherwise it would pretty much ruin ARURF.
