Smurf Account Ideas

Am I the only one that thinks something should be done about smurf accounts? A lot of level 30s, bronze-challenger make smurfs at one point and I think it makes people who are actually new to the game have a harder time getting into it. I have tried to get friends into playing LoL, but when they make an account and end up playing against people who have clearly played before, it makes it harder for them to learn & stay interested in playing.

I think Riot should think of a way to help new players learn the game without playing against low level Diamond smurfs lol. Yes there are bots, but everyone knows that is much different than playing against actual players.

I think a possible way to fix it could be having sub accounts to the email someone uses for their main so that they can level smurfs with other people who are in a similar tier as their main. That way people who have played before could level a new account without ruining the expierence for new players. An issue I can see with this idea is that people would just make a new email to troll low levels, but if Riot were to find some kinda way for players to be more inclined to attach smurfs to their main email it could work.

Any ideas on how this could work? Ip/xp boost for smurfs that share an email with their main? What else? Just tossing ideas out there. I know this isn't the biggest issue ever, but I do think it's one big enough to consider working on.
