% max Hp damage. Might as well remake the oldies to have nothing but %max hp lel I could imagine a nunu with like a 18% max hp ice blast. Or a Sivir with a 5% per hit boomer rang blade. Or Malphite with a 15% max hp in magic damage ult. lel
