I would guess because you killed seven people in a row, but I didn't see the match, so I have no idea.

its weird because, u would think it would be like "septakill" but i think if i recall this game it was like "pentakill" "doublekill" and that meant i got a penta and a double but i dont know if that would stack multikills just like that

There isn't a voice clip for anything beyond hexakill, and even that's only used for the hexakill gamemode. So the game is just like "penta and double, close enough"

actually, it's more like kill, double, triple, quatra, penat, penta, penta...atleast it was when i got a hexakill on summoners
