Leaving Game Penalty Is Just Broken

The new punishment system for leaving games is broken. I left a game for 1 min (from the start cause I had a problem connecting) and came back to see my team has surrendered with /remake thing and I came back in time to vote no but we still surrendered. BUT FROM the thing I get a 5 game wait before I queue for 20 min, who the hell has 20 min before a game to play a game that can go for 1 hour that is up to 1 hour and 20 min. THIS SHOULD BE FIXED because I came back to the game before it barley started and I get this penalty.

I agree, that penalty system is just ridiculous... it has to stay fun.

And I agree a unbalanced team is not fun. but try to penalize in another form!, reduction of XP, IP, add a robot to back up and to make it balanced ?... just imagine something but just don't let people have to wait 5 times 20 min in front of a screen in order t let them spend some quality semi-active lazy free time.
