Flash should be removed from the game

As soon as Immobile champions are able to deal with mobile champions on an equal level, sure, we can consider removing it.

Right now, it's the only thing keeping immobile champions from being completely curb stomped by mobile champions. (Yes some immobile champions are fine but a good portion aren't.)

Immediately? No.

If flash was a bandaid that could be ripped off, then yes. But the game is currently centered around the fact that there will be at least 8 flash users per game, and it is balanced like so.

If we removed flash, the entire game would have to be rebalanced so mobile champions don't outright dominate, zoning champions don't dominate, and whatever else would make it an even playing field.
