ryse ultimate

okay with riot making it so you cant zhonyas/stopwatch during ryze ult, it makes his ultimate almost useless. i think riot should remake his ult to be something really fun and interesting, something we've never seen before. maybe something like when ryze is below 30%/20%/10% health he get's 10%/20%/30% more dmg and have an active of everytime you use an ability u get one mana to help with his passive aswell. i just hate that his ult is non-damaging.
