Sure, but at half effectiveness or only gains the base heal. Maxed out gives him 500 base when he's at 40% hp, which is absurd. Im saying this as a person who is in the process of maining him currently.

Remove his heal entirely. Or his shield. One or the other.

that'd be a bad idea. a jungler with a selfshield a heal and dash+gapcloser+cc = is going to be really strong. an sylas is pretty versatile. i think it'd be impossible to balance him in the jungle as he can copy so many ults.

Would be nice, though maybe cut the healing down on jungle camps compared to champion heals
