Honor Leveling

So I was banned 3 months ago now for something very dumb/silly. I repeated a word that a toxic team mate said telling other team to report him and I got banned for saying that word in return. Now I am still lvl0 honor, i was lvl5 honor when i was banned previously. I am honored at least 80% of games I am in. I've played at least 200 games since being banned, how am I still lvl0 honor? Is anyone else experiencing this? Am I unable to level up honor at all? This seems quite ridiculous and I'd love some insight that anyone has on this subject. Thanks in advance!
