If you kill a minion w/ your Q, the 2nd shot that bounces off critically strikes and deals a TON of damage.

she can go either crit or lethality (and either way she shreds people) mainly thanks to Q and R

Because most low-elo players don't understand not to stand directly behind their minions. Admittedly, it is counter-intuitive & directly goes against an ingrained play-pattern (stand behind minions to avoid skillshots [Blitz, Thresh, Ez, Pyke, Naut, Morg.]) However, it's very easy to do once you break away from that mentality.

Unfortunately, MF became very 1-dimensional as a result of patch 5.22, when Rito intentionally removed most of her identity & half of her tools and niches.
