Teemo BUILD NEEDED
OK so ive been trying teemo out and i kinda winged it at first but now its getting hard so could anyone give me a build for bot lane also have no clue what to have as runes and masteries

Uhh u can build anything its teemo
As a Teemo Main (ima be persecuted, brb), I usually have a rune page full of about 20 Magic Pen, and build

I may also use

I'm an AP Pen Teemo, but On-Hitmo will work too,
Build anything you want, I'm mastery 7 teemo and play a lot of crazy builds on him. ANYTHING works if you play well. You can go tankmo, full ap, on-hit attack speed, whatever you like.
