What are your thoughts on the so called "Curious Chameleon?" Seems to me as if she's meant to be played in the jungle, most likely specializing in counter ganks. What's your favorite part of her kit that you've seen so far? Is it the fact that she can basically use the Tricksters Glass (RIP Black Market Brawlers)? I know that I'm definitely going to try and pick her up after her release.

It's a risky decision. I'm decently sure people already find LB passive and Shaco clone poor 'mind games' being more of '50 / 50 guesses', but it seems to have doubled down on it for the champ. We'll see. I do think the 'tilt' aspect is correct.

I'm decently sure both Shaco clone and LB clone copies buffs and items. Neither decays health faster (or do you mean takes more dmg)?

Handy Sandy 3 votesI don't think she'll feel that terrible to play against. Unlike Shaco or Lb's passive, Neeko's kit REVOLVES around her clones. Her cc is fairly weak and her only source of heavy burst damage is her ult and her Q looks like a skillshot. To me, she looks pretty balanced.

Ragnaveil3 votesI feel like people are gonna get the wrong idea about her Mimic. Its basically Tricksters Glass (I even guessed it would function as such a day or two before the teaser came out). You copy everything but their abilities, and when an auto or spell is cast, you return to your normal self. I'm glad a fun item like that evolved into a champion's ability since it was too op as an item IMO.

Ravenhale3 votesI picked up Zoe and played like three games on her. I just didn't feel like a team player with that champ, which is boring for me. I'm hoping Neeko will be more useful. She has an E binding and an Ult that is an AoE root. That sounds like Morgana and I love playing Morgana.

Ravenhale1 votesI actually don't think she will be a decent Support. I suppose she can, but her passive will just be silly. Everyone knows the ADC not CSing is the Neeko. That's why I mentioned Ivern. More of a Utility Jungler.
MysticDreams121 votesI think people are saying how she would support is when they are getting ganked. Just like the video, she can mimic the ADC to confuse the enemy and make them chase the clone while the real ADC gets away.
Again though, that will be very frustrating to play against imo.
Ravenhale1 votesShe can't Mimic on demand, as it is her passive. And attacking or being attacked drops the mimic, so how on earth would that scenario evolve while laning? What is she doing? Sitting in a bush letting the ADC 2 v 1 so that she can distract them after he's been pushed out of lane by her nonsense?
As a support, she's going to be more like Morgana. She has a root that passes through minions and an Ult that also roots. The only times I really see her being able to use her passive effectively as a Support during the laning phase would be when they both return to lane so long as the ADC is on board with starting a fight instead of CSing. It will give them a moment of confusion to take advantage of. This can also be done with the jungler with a bit of coordination.

Actually, it's starting to very much look like she can Mimic on Demand if her Passive is available. Still not sure how well this would translate in the laning phase as you would literally have to lose sight of both of them for that "switcheroo" to be effective.

Ravenhale1 votesIt's a channeled, Neeko centric Ult. It is very much like Morgana. In the video where she mimicked Xayah at the Dragon Pit fight, Rakan used his ult to charm everyone so they couldn't react to Neeko's Ult.
Half the people here are trying to play her up as a LeBlanc rip off and I'm seeing all three of her Damage/CC spells (Q,E+R) as different renditions of Morgana's Kit.
Makes me curious what they are going to do for the Morgana update in January/February.

If she gets right on her ADC, transforms before/after in range, and pops a W and everyone scrambles around, it will be nearly impossible to really keep track of. Now getting people to coordinate that effectively and make use of it is the hard part. But the strategy and usefulness is definitely there.
Dollie Llama1 votesYou use it a bit differently than for a lane cosmetic. As a tactic goes, her clone interacts with attacks and spells. She can goad/soak Morgana Q and hooks. If positioned and timed correctly, her W could be used as a shield for your ADC. Her passive would be more for playmaking when you know you can instill some doubt. I don't know that we will end up with a reliable way to determine if the champ coming at us is her or not as consistently as one might like.

I'm guessing it is her passive and even if it's not, it looks like she has to be near an ally champ to turn into them (See part in video where she turns into Warwick just by walking past him). That means during the laning phase, when everyone is keeping to their own lanes, she's not really going to have a passive/ability. Mid-late game she will be much more effective, but that will also depend on the coordination of her teammates.
All in all I think she will still be less annoying than

LeBlanc is a hyper mobile champion and her mobility makes her ridiculous, Neeko has basically no mobility and is all about jukes and actual trickery. She looks like she plays more like Zyra but with shapeshifting rather than plants and a melee ult. Her Q, root, and R mimic Zyra really hard, but she probably does more spell damage since she has no plants.

For how long can we hold our form? Are we revealed the second we receive damage? And we haven't taken good look on her own kit yet. It looks like she has Ez new w but that roots and a "splitting in half" ablity but what's her damaging ability? Will she be have the same kit theme as Zoe (basic ability being her only damage output)?
Edit: Just got a few answers to the questions i had.
