So How do we really get blue essence ,except capsules that u get from lvl up wouldnt it better that u get blue essence after finishing a game like it was with ip.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing... I'm currently level 32, and after each level, I got a capsule for champion shards. They aren't even worth that much BE if I sell it.

disenchanting my lee sin shard gives me 1/4 the cost of making it permanent, which is 50% off the cost of other champions that are his price range... That means I would need to level up 8 times to unlock a new champion of his price range. Normally I agree with riot's decisions, but ty riot.

Yeah, I hit level 32, and got nothing. this is garbage. the game is snowballing in turd form downhill on a hill of turds, on its way to a turd lake waiting at the bottom of the turd hill.
