Dear Riot, As first let me thank u for creating this game that i enjoy playing as a second thing let me thank u for creating a champion (taliyah) that i love playing as. But as a third thing i wanna say that u probably made the champion harder and that even for players that have lvl7 mastery and are gods with her. Please riot let me choose what type of casting i want (on W)... i rly love taliyah but its completly unplayable for me now cause of that change in casting the W. I was so used to casting it the old way that i just cant hit a single W now... please let me choose what i want riot pls..... and btw this wasnt adjusting the champion that was a staight up nerf what u did with E.. so dont try to play tricks on us xD

Thank u riot and please #MakeTaliyahGreatAgain !!

Xerath: Muahahxha! My plan to eliminate Azir's potential allies is working! Now to push for a Nasus nerf.

Lol on the off chance they don't listen, you could probably just get used to the new casting after like half a bot game.

Except it's absolutely horrendous?

They specifically said by turning W into Vector casting that it'll be generally a lot easier to hit, so they are preemptively knocking a bit off of her E to compensate. They weren't trying to trick you. If her W is a lot easier to hit, but her E damage is based on how skillful you have to be to hit W. By making it easier, they sort of had to take a tad off the damage.

Except it's not "easier", it's far worse in just about every single aspect.

Well, you're entitled your opinion. I think it's better and much easier to hit. Not that I couldn't use her before the change.

Although the old mechanic was a little clunky, the problem is that the cast time is too long. The description of the ability itself says 1s (nothing in the wiki notes). I would think it would be on par with Nami's Q which is 7/8s. Yes, you can feel that 1/8 diff when you have been playing Nami awhile.

Tali's E also feels clunky between cast and effect (can't find cast time on it).

+1, vote the petition, this choice is a joke.

I really dislike the vector casting on her W as well. I got her to level 7, but now I don't think I'll play her as much anymore.

Honestly, if you were remotely good with Taliyah the change is going to be barely a bump in the road for the first 10 minutes you use it, once you nail down the size of the AoE and how you can decide whether to set up W or E first, it's a breeze, if anything Taliyah is still WAY too strong for how flexible she became.

The old casting type though, made her feel a lot more sturdy, I'd like it if they went back to it but without the lockout mechanic.

Also, if you can't currently hit it, stop thinking it's supposed to be cast differently, in all honesty the skill works the exact same way but faster, I even do the double tapping to keep myself in rhythm
