Really Riot?
Why do you think we need creep block? Are you really serious with this unit collision thing? I mean as seen in-game it looks broken and ugly and makes this game look like crap that's full of bugs and glitches.

Patch notes are helpful: "All minion pathing changes made in 5.22 and 5.23 have been reverted. We’re right back to pre-preseason while we work on a better implementation."
This is happening in less than 12 hours, try doing some research next time.
