Ranked is Shit and the Player Base is Beyond Help.

I worked for months to get to gold (ive been silver my entire 7 years of playing this game stuck in ELO hell) and when I got there every game had a lvl 30 or a bronze 1 in my game. No balance whatsoever. not to mention the guy that throws an entirely winnable game just because his fav champ was banned. I am specifically talking to all the 1tricks that immediately pick leona mid because they didn't get to play their fav champ. I'm just saying somethings gotta change and you can put all the bells and whistles on the champs all you like Riot and it'll still make the core of the ranked experience entirely mute because people aren't given the opportunity to grow through facing people at their own actual rank. I get champ balancing is a long and hard process but then maybe like take a break from releasing champs? work on fixing the groundwork of what you have already and make the experience better for everyone? I'm just saying there has to be SOMETHING Riot can do about these issues its just their willingness to actually put the time and care into it that it needs is lacking. idk what I'm trying to say here anymore im just angry I went 11/3 and had the rest of the game thrown by a mid and a ragequitting
