Riot needs to implement SOME way for non premades to communicate or I'm done.

Just had a game against an obvious premade of grag, malz, vlad, zil and ez. We did fine up (besides some camping on top from malz jg) until past laning phase. Once roaming and team fights hit their advantage got ridiculous. Absolutely everything we did they had an answer to, and they had coordination that just isn't possible as a bunch of solos. The fact that we could only really type in chat (which inhibits playing and awareness anyways) and ping means we were absolutely at a clear disadvantage. They had the ult synergy, they knew where we were at all times, any time we would try to make a play they already had 3 steps ahead of us set up.

Now I'm not someone that is on the DQ witchhunt I always see everywhere, I love this game regardless. I've been playing it almost daily since S1 and I have faith that whatever problems happening this season will work themselves out, as things always have.

However I don't have many friends at all that play this game and making a premade to play with just isn't in the cards for me. The amount of team play you're starting to need just for a NORMALS is getting kind of ridiculous with all the premades running around. As a solo player I can't compete as it is. Is there SOME kind of voice chat, anything being implemented any time soon at all? I know there's 3rd party options but that shit can be so awkward inviting someone to a call you don't know at all. Not to mention some people don't have it and I'm not gonna expect someone to download it just for a single game so I can communicate.

Once again this is not a "Man riot sucks cocks they don't know anything DQ is terrible" i feel like in a perfect world it would work out. And I really, really love this game and I'm willing to evolve with it. But it's not fair for people that just don't have the resources needed to make DQ work for themselves. Some kind of higher form of communication in game needs to happen.

Im ok with pings, but I don't want to join a call with a random that can eventually start calling me "noob stupid support, land your bubbles, is all your fault." .___. PD: And Im shy as hell.

the better solution would be to just remove DynQ and bring back the Solo/Duo and 5s as seperate Queue system

They are "reconsidering their stance on ingame chat" with the new client. As their stance was "no" that should mean we most likely get an opt in(they said that opt in was the only way in game chat was going to exist) chat sometime in the future.

I hope they do go through with it.

Me: yeah, This game finally has VoIP, now we can play like real gamers and...

I WANT, TO HEAL, I WANT TO FEEL, WHAT I THOUGHT, WAS NEVER REAL,

mute

Me: I guess that was worth 3 months and thousands of dollars worth of development.

As of right now, Riot is saying they will add voice chat to the game after the client update. The problem is I have absolutely no idea when the client update will be done as I can't find any info about how it's going right now. And not to mention, Riot has a horrible habit of lying to us about important stuff like this. While this is pretty much the only way to give solo players a chance to compete fairly against premades, it's very well possible that they'll go back on what they said cause Riot.
