But seriously, this isn't the only game like this. A friend got a S- on 12/8 darius. I got an A on 48/4 fizz. It happens almost on a daily basis. I have been in games where I went 28/6 and a teammate wen 16/10 and got a chest. What is going on?! I mean, I know its gotta be hard to balance this, but this is stupid.

Try looking at improving your creep score and take a look at how many wards you utilise. The game is not about how many kills you get but rather how well you control objectives: baron, dragon, (red/blue - for a jungler) and towers.
